Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

I currently use Microsoft Powerpoint when I am developing training modules for our company. Whether it is instructor led or web-based, the training is made much more user friendly for the instructors and interactive for the students. Plus it has the added bonus of being able to create images and animations that can be used with other software in a wide variety of applications - especially simulations.
  • Animations
  • Graphic editing
  • Audio and video inclusion
  • The "remove background" feature could be a bit more user friendly - it tends to take up too much space and you're forced to start over and over again and take smaller areas to adjust which takes up quite a bit of time.
  • I could use some more design templates with less feminine features like flowers and swirls. More industry-themed ones would be great to use.
  • More adaptability to the "slide master" selection. It is extremely laborious to change each slide generated from the master slide.
Microsoft PowerPoint is well suited for creating projects to use with other software such as Captivate or Articulate 360 in order to create web-based content for training modules. It is less well suited if you have to use different-sized slides for your presentation, it tends to skew the next slide in the project.

The whole organization uses Microsoft Powerpoint for any presentations. It is already integrated with Teams, which we use for virtual collaboration. Powerpoint is used for any formal presentations to stakeholders, but also as high-level tool to communicate outlines of plans, data, etc.
  • Presentation - readability for all audience (virtual & live).
  • Automation within slides to highlight/manage information delivery
  • Integration with other Microsoft office tools, including Teams
  • Ability to save file as PDF for secure distribution
  • Better drawing tools, including updated icon library
  • Different templates that look less like standard 'slides'
  • Automatic updating from Office applications (e.g., chart/table from Excel, Gantt from Project) so embedded images are not static. (With ability to change to static if desired.)
Standard office presentations - Powerpoint is perfect for. Powerpoint is easy to put some bullets together. Presentation is easy and laser point, marker tools make it easy to present to virtual team members.

Some people use Powerpoint also as a drawing tool (drawing project timelines, drawing network diagrams/flow, etc.) and Powerpoint is not strong for drawing, though some drawing interfaces are easier the Microsoft VISIO.

I have used it in the past for projects, such as projects during training. I have used it many times during training to create a slide presentation of information I wanted to share with my onboarding class. It makes it very convenient to present many slides of information to everyone via Zoom screen share.
  • Organization
  • Convenient features
  • Easy to use
  • Can insert hyperlinks
  • better area for notes when presenting

Microsoft Powerpoint is one of the primary tools my current company uses. We use it when preparing presentations, reports, business proposals, the orientation of our newly hired employees and etc. All departments use Microsoft Powerpoint but it is mainly on preparing reports. One of the business problems Microsoft Powerpoint address is preparing presentations. When making presentations, Microsoft Powerpoint is the way to go since all the things and functions needed are in there already.
  • A wide variety of design templates so you don't have to worry about the look of your presentation
  • You can easily prepare your statistical data with no ease.
  • User friendly. Everyone can do their own presentation
  • More guide or tutorials for beginners.
  • Be more user friendly.
  • More options for transitions and animations to make presentations more lively and interactive.
Microsoft Powerpoint is well suited since it is very convenient to use it and the tool is already trusted and proven. However, the software can very much be pirated and this is very unfair to everyone who pays for the product. If you would surf the internet you can download a copy of the software for free. So it needs better security on Microsoft side.

I use Microsoft Powerpoint on a day to day basis to share campaign planning, report metrics and support sales with customer presentations
  • Autosnap functionality
  • Recommended layouts functionality
  • Master slides
  • Background settings is inconsistent
  • Autosnap will lose center of page with too much on it
  • As you add stuff to page it becomes less intelligent
[Microsoft Powerpoint is well suited for] customer presentations, casual team presentations. Less appropriate for outward facing docs on our website where I will still use a layout tool like Adobe.

Every employee in our organization uses Microsoft PowerPoint. It is the standard for presentation software and is used by one hundred percent of our clients.
  • Interfaces with other Office products
  • Easy to find support
  • I feel they change the interface and usability too often, requiring some re-learning.
  • Some functionality is difficult to figure out.
  • There are some things that it just doesn't do.
Microsoft PowerPoint is powerful when creating presentations of all kinds (graphic, video, numeric, visual, etc). It is easy to update between groups and within teams. I can't think of any scenarios where it is not a good solution.

Microsoft Powerpoint allows you [to] share and present information in a concise and easy to share format. The tool has several presentation features which allow the presenter to see notes and other items that those who are viewing the presentation do not see. It is a capable tool that does what it needs to do to allow for clear communication of information.
  • Easy to use
  • Good presenter features
  • Used by most organizations
  • Sometimes alignment can be clunky
  • Files can sometimes be large when images are added
  • Occasional formatting issues
It is well suited for capturing bullet point information and being able to share it with others in an interactive format. The ability to have presenter notes allow the presenter to not have to hold note cards or look at separate paper notes. This allows for a more fluid presentation in front of a large group.

Microsoft Powerpoint is used across the organization at my company. We are a leading business in Bangladesh in tourism and leisure. We need to prepare ppt templates for onboarding the customers as well as our employees and tour hosts. In addition to this, preparing the project planning and management is extremely good in Powerpoint and it's very vibrant and easy to understand. We normally prepare promotional & project related documents through using this application.
  • It's global and accepted very well by everyone.
  • Infographics design and word arts feature.
  • Visualization of data is very vibrant.
  • Animation feature.
  • Offline access to prepare the ppt.
  • Easy to understand and user-friendly interface.
  • Existing layout designs need to improved or new designs can be incorporated.
  • More design ideas can be incorporated.
  • Infographics can be built in helping the users.
When anyone wants to present anything e.g. project, business plan etc. to the senior leaders or any audience, Microsoft Powerpoint is well suited in this regard. It's the best platform for sharing any ideas, data or findings with the relevant audience. I would choose to refer Microsoft Powerpoint to other colleagues for using this.

I currently use Microsoft Powerpoint when I need visual aids for various presentations, such as for presentations marketing my services to teaching a subject. I also have found it useful when trying to edit, combine, and modify images. I am mostly using PowerPoint for marketing purposes. The use helps me look organized and professional.
  • User Friendly
  • Easy to edit images
  • Useful templates
  • Works well with online communication platforms like Zoom and Skype
  • Closed Captioning in presenting mode is great
  • Presenters mode does not always seem to run smoothly
  • More user friendly when printing slides
  • More user friendly on animations
PowerPoint is well suited for anyone who needs to make a presentation. It is useful for online presentations through Zoom or Skype. It is also quite useful for in-person presentations when a computer can be connected. If you want to show a video in your presentation, it may be better to show it on a different application.

Almost all presentations are made using this tool. The collaboration tools which are built into this really help us agree on our take on the presentation in real-time. Our custom slide themes help us to stay on-brand at every presentation. Its cloud storage also helps us access this anywhere, anytime.
  • Collaboration
  • Accessibility
  • Customization
  • Variety of templates
  • Slides management in the left menu
  • Theme suggestions
  • Slide style suggestions
  • Slide recording with voice
It works well when collaborating across a large team, so it suits a bigger team. And not much for a smaller one. In my option, the most useful feature is the ability to collaborate on a single pptx file in real-time. My colleagues and I often find ourselves working on the same file, reviewing and appreciating the many ideas they show

We use Microsoft PowerPoint for a multitude of reasons. Obviously, when a briefing needs to be given on subjects ranging from Finance to Human Resource to projects, this program does the trick. We also use it to organizational levels and to announce company events.
  • Organizational flow charts - user friendly interface.
  • Clean Presentations - tools allow you to align everything.
  • Multipurpose - only limited to your imagination.
  • Updates sometimes change locations of what you're used to seeing.
Needing to give a presentation is Microsoft PowerPoint's strong point. Doing in-depth flowcharts can be harder for novice users.

[Microsoft] PowerPoint is most often used in trial presentations to most effectively illustrate anything from product malfunctions to catastrophic highway accidents, medical malpractice surgical procedures and anything that needs the minutiae of detail blown up and visualized by a jury. This way, by clearly explaining plaintiffs' claims and defenses of the case, [Microsoft] PowerPoint is an exceptional tool to break down timelines, present photographs, flow charts, diagrams, and other visual aspects of a litigation case. Many articles have been written about PowerPoint and it is stellar in presenting animation and other transitional effects (from traffic crashes to structural defects and damages thereto, etc.) so the jury audience can better understand all aspects of the case.
  • Illustration
  • Data Presentation
  • Chart Creation
  • Animation
  • Clear bullet-pointed outlines
  • Ability to easily print presentation/very user friendly
  • Software program is universal and well-known
  • Cost-effective in what the software offers and how powerful its capabilities are
  • Perhaps better interface with other software programs (like CAD programs) for easy conversion
  • Better design/coding to prevent crashing/freezing/hanging during presentation
  • Better design/coding to more smoothly incorporate into Zoom meetings/recording
[Microsoft] PowerPoint is an outstanding tool to use for trial presentations, meetings, seminars, workshops and conventions. So far, it does lag a little behind when used for Zoom meetings because of freezing, shutting down or hanging trying to buffer and may not be appropriate in all scenarios, depending on how many participants are in the virtual meeting.

We use PowerPoint to visually communicate in most of our meetings from team level up to corporate level. It helps drive home key points in a meeting and provide visuals that help data make sense. As an included part of the Microsoft Office Suite it works well with other apps such as Excel for utilizing charts and graphs.
  • Animations of objects on a single slide
  • Transitions from slide to slide
  • Dynamic sizing of fonts to make items fit
  • Video backgrounds rather than stills that can continuously play from one slide to the next
  • Wizards to create templates as that part is not intuitive
  • Ability to link text from one slide to the next like Publishers ability to bleed over from one text box into a next
It is well suited for factual information sharing. It is not well suited as a full presentation package for church needs as it lacks the ability to use video feed as background, import lyrics, etcetera.

In every department, we used to use Microsoft Powerpoint to present our report summaries, production information, company strategic plan, logistic plan, etc. Actually this application makes it easier to share the knowledge and information among stakeholders. The company makes important decisions based on presentations conducted by using Microsoft PowerPoint. To provide training to the trainees of different departments we also use this application.
  • Present information in a visual graph.
  • Add required table to the presentation slides.
  • Present the summary of any case or scenarios.
  • Add different media to the slides.
  • There could have something to calculate, as like as excel. Some ready to operate financial formulas.
  • Add more free design to the existing software.
  • More fonts should add to the existing list.
It is well suited for the corporate presentation to present core information with the stakeholders which makes it easier to understand by the audiences. Professors are now using this application to do academic presentations which help the students to concentrate in the classroom. On the other hand, trainers also use PowerPoint to train the participants.
